The gardens are well kept and beautiful.
Our experience was marred by several disappointments. The air conditioning in the room was centrally controlled, leaving us uncomfortable when we couldn't adjust the temperature. We also faced frustration with the refrigerator service. after requesting one, it took multiple attempts to get a working fridge, and even then, it was unreliable and not cooling properly. we found the breakfast offerings quite basic, lacking in variety and options for a more international palate.

We were upgraded to a suite with stunning Teide views, which totally made our stay special. The room was spacious, had two bathrooms, and a nice big terrace. The flowers and bubbly on arrival were such a thoughtful touch. Super clean and cozy beds added to our comfort. Plus, they even arranged a softer mattress for my husband when it was too firm for him. Really felt pampered!

Beautiful gardens and a lovely pool area created a serene atmosphere, while the views were truly breathtaking. Breakfast offered an impressive selection, with a standout pan roasted beef tenderloin at the restaurant that was among the best meals we had during our stay. the WiFi connection in our room was inconsistent and could use improvement, and the trek back to the hotel from the town was rather challenging after a long day. Despite these issues, the welcoming staff enhanced the overall experience.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens and stunning views from the Twin Room Teide View. Peaceful ambiance and friendly staff were highlights. Limited dining options and the steep walk back from town was a bit tiring, especially after a long day of hiking. a comfortable place but could improve on food variety.

Our stay was absolutely delightful! We enjoyed stunning views of Mount Teide from our Twin Room, especially at sunset. The large, comfortable room had an abundance of storage, and the generously stocked bathroom with high-quality linens made a huge difference. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic selection, and we found the pool area spacious and never overcrowded.

A Scenic Oasis away from the Bustle
What a delightful escape! The panoramic views of Mount Teide from our Twin Room were breathtaking. The breakfast spread catered to all tastes, and watching the flamenco dancers added a cultural touch. Don’t miss dinner for a taste of the delicious local dishes. A taxi back from town is just €4.

It was just a decent option for a speedy visit in Puerto de la Cruz with definitely value for money. The staff were attentive, and I appreciated the flowers and bubbly waiting in my room upon arrival. Make sure to ask about local dining options as the in-hotel ones are limited.
